Yeah !

Finally the day which i can spent time with my cousins & open ANG PAO's

Saturday - Chinese New Year Eve
Sunday - Chinese New Year !

YaY ! 2 days of FUN & EXCITMENT !

Today in school ,
We had an assembly program in the school hall after recess .
It was all about CHINESE NEW YEAR .

After The Assembly Program , We Went down to the canteen ,
To ENJOY the LO HEI its like the ... what do u call that ...\

Let me see ..
I Will try to say the ingredients out ...

LO HEI which is Cantonese for "tossing luck".
And I think CHINESE is called YUSHENG .

In LO HEI there will be ,

Fresh Salmon , Daikon (White radish) , Carrot, Red pepper (Capsicum) , Ginger , Daun
Limau Nipis (Lime tree leaves) , Chinese Parsley , Chopped Peanuts , Toasted Sesame Seeds , Chinese Shrimp Crackers (or fried dried shrimp) , Five Spice Powder . The dressing is made primarily from plum sauce .

Cool Right ... Quite YUMMY as well . ^-^

After We Ate Finished The LO HEI , We Had To CLean Up The Whole Canteen .
Which Was Quite FUN !
Hehe >.o

So Yup ... After We Were Done ... We Went Back To The Class & Mr K.Koh ,
Let Us Have Free Time In The Class For About half an hour .
So FUN ... Actually everything is so fun to me today !
